June 30th – July 2nd, 2025   

This year Kentucky will be housed at the Embassy Suites Plaza. Room rates are $159 plus 17.61% tax for a total of $187 per day. These rates are good 3 days prior and after the convention.

•        All reservations must be made through the State Housing Chair and received prior to May 1st. Please do not contact Hotel for reservation

•        Late checkout requests must be made with reservation.

•        ADA needs must be communicated to the State Housing Chair at time of reservation.
